EASY PORK CARNITAS
I love Mexican food any night of the week. Here's a simple and delicious meal for you to try!
Ingredients:
Pork carnitas (pre-cooked, just warm it up on the stove or microwave)
Salsa
Sour cream or crema
Onion
Tomato
Avocado
Cilantro
Jalapeño
Tortillas (I’m obsessed with these 25-calorie Mission tortillas)
Steps:
Warm up the pork (or any meat you prefer).
Chop the onion, tomatoes, avocado, jalapeño and cilantro.
Set everything on the table and assemble your own taco.
Serve with a cold beer or margarita.
