EASY PORK CARNITAS

 

I love Mexican food any night of the week. Here's a simple and delicious meal for you to try!

Ingredients:

  • Pork carnitas (pre-cooked, just warm it up on the stove or microwave)

  • Salsa

  • Sour cream or crema

  • Onion

  • Tomato

  • Avocado

  • Cilantro

  • Jalapeño

  • Tortillas (I’m obsessed with these 25-calorie Mission tortillas)

Steps:

  1. Warm up the pork (or any meat you prefer).

  2. Chop the onion, tomatoes, avocado, jalapeño and cilantro.

  3. Set everything on the table and assemble your own taco.

  4. Serve with a cold beer or margarita.
